Purchased tickets will not be exchanged or refunded. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Fees<\/strong><br \/>The Quickchange Company doesn\u2019t charge fees. Fees by banks or third-party providers or box offices are possible. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Performance visit<br \/><\/strong>The valid ticket must be physically presented to the admission service without being asked. Guests without valid tickets will not be admitted to the performance. Admission after the start of the performance is not guaranteed. The staff&#8217;s instructions referring to the time of entry and the availability of seats are to be followed. There is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price.    <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Space available<\/strong><br \/>The Quickchange Company reserves the right to change the seating plan and allocate other (equivalent or better) seats to the customer if the change made means the booked seat is no longer available or the enjoyment of the performance from this seat is significantly impaired.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Schedule changes<br \/><\/strong>If a performance is canceled, the customer can either exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, provided no replacement performance is planned, or is entitled to a refund of the purchase price. This claim expires if it is not asserted within 10 days of the actual performance date. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Cast change<\/strong><br \/>If the cast of a performance changes, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Bad weather regulations for open-air events<br \/><\/strong>The organizer makes every effort, as long as the safety of the guests and participants is guaranteed, to hold the performance even in rain or bad weather and points out that there may be delays in the start of the performance or interruptions. Short-term postponements are possible at any time due to weather conditions. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If a performance has to be canceled after 60 minutes of playing time, it is considered played (no refund or replacement performance). If a performance is postponed or canceled, any catering or additional services that have already been consumed are deemed to have been purchased. New catering or additional services can only be booked on the alternative date for additional payment.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For a performance that has been postponed or played for less than 60 minutes, a replacement performance will take place. The postponement date will be determined by the organizer. The tickets remain valid for the exact location at the replacement performance.
